What is not, and why
Accounts, deal rooms, offers, messages, payments and payouts all require a session, and the deal room additionally requires a native client to prove it is the app we shipped. These are not withheld to sell an upgrade: they are where somebody's money and somebody's address live.
A public payload never contains an internal id, an email address, a phone number, a street address or a tax number. If you find one that does, that is a bug and we want to hear about it in a ticket.
Fair use
Read what you need. Requests are rate limited per address, results are paged, and bulk scraping is against Acceptable use. If you need more than the limits allow, ask rather than working around them.
A partner key
Dealers, landlords and recruiters who want to publish stock from their own system can have a writing key tied to an Established or Premier account. Open a ticket describing what you want to publish and how often.
