What we keep

  • The result of an ID check: pass, fail, when
  • The neighbourhood, so distance works
  • Your deal history here: sales, disputes, replies

What we do not keep

  • The ID document itself. It is checked and dropped
  • Your door number. It is never on a listing or in a message
  • Your phone number, unless you type it yourself

Address confirmation is a code in an envelope. We learn that you can receive post there, and that is all we store.
