Does it cost anything to list?
No. Listing is free, browsing is free, and selling to a local buyer is free. We charge only for optional extras such as a boost or a business page, and for payment processing where protection is used. Any fee is shown before you agree to it.
How do I get the Verified mark?
An ID check on your phone, then a code posted to your address. About two minutes plus however long the post takes. What it means.
Why was my listing held?
Shield found something worth a second look and the message says exactly what. Fix it and submit again, or ask for a person to look. What Shield checks.
When does a seller get paid?
About twenty minutes after the buyer confirms they have the item. If the buyer never confirms, it releases automatically at the end of the inspection window. Payment protection.
Someone asked me to pay by transfer. Is that normal?
No, and it is against the rules. Paying outside Classiry ends your protection entirely. Report it and stop the conversation. Scam alerts.
Can I sell a car, or rent out a flat?
Yes, above a trust level. Rentals need Verified and vehicles over $20,000 need Premier, because those are where losses hurt most. The full list.
How do I delete my account?
Ask in a ticket. Open deals and held money are settled first, then the account and its data go, except the records we are legally required to keep. What is kept, and for how long.
